Tania, Meylis, and Celeste are the family behind this Reading based, local sourdough micro-bakery.
Their journey started in their little home kitchen in Winnersh, where they began baking sourdough for friends and neighbours, simply out of passion and love for good food. What began as a small family project quickly grew into something bigger, thanks to the incredible support of the local community. They can now be found at our markets with a great range of savoury and sweet bakes.

Beechwood Farm have been producing eggs in Berkshire for the last 60 years. The eggs are collected daily, then graded and packed on the same day. Their eggs typically hit the shelf or the kitchen within 36 hours of being laid. Comparing this to a typical supermarket egg, which has to transit the supply chain, this means that local fresh eggs never tasted so good.

Brookleas Fish Farm are a small family farm on the Ginge Brook and have been running since 1999. All of Brookleas rainbow trout are reared in spring-fed chalk water, a few miles downstream from the source. No sea cages, no long lorry journeys.
At market, Brookleas stock a range of fresh and smoked trout, including smoked trout pâté. You can even visit their farm to catch and BBQ your own trout.

Dropmore Vineyard is a love story of one man and his wife’s vision to create a small and perfectly formed vineyard, nestled on the fringes of Buckinghamshire’s Burnham Beeches. Inspired by a visit to New Zealand’s Marlborough wine region, with its entrepreneurial and idiosyncratic vineyards, the late founder John Petersen and his wife Feona, set about creating from scratch, in 2008, an English vineyard in their own backyard.

Stone Carving - Ben Williams
Ben is a stone carver based in the Cotswolds. Passionate about working in this craft, he is interested in both traditional letter carving and sculpture. Ben loves the permanence of working with stone; the care it takes to carve the letters; knowing what you create will be around for a very long time – the sense of leaving your mark.
Working in this way also has personal connections, as his late father Peter was also a letter carver, sculptor and painter, and a big creative influence on his life. All Ben’s work is hand carved into natural stone using traditional methods and tools.
