French Cookery Demonstration comes to Newbury Farmers' Market

The November Newbury Farmers’ Market will bring a new feature to our market.

 

Our market manager, Jack, is introducing cookery demonstrations to the market. To start us off he would like to introduce “The royal Oak “from Ecchinswell near Newbury.

The chef will be Luc and he brings an excellent standard of French cooking to the market. Luc has offered to cook up some lovely tasters which will be handed out to passing customers.


On the menu will be:

 

"French Onion Soup topped with extra mature cheddar”


“Small minted lamb burger served in a brioche bun”

 

I hope you will take the time to join us at the market and enjoy a sensational taste of locally produced ingredients which has been crafted into French excellence.
