Lambing weekends – 26th & 27th March and 2nd & 3rd April
The sheep flock at Hill Farm will start lambing in a little under 3 weeks, and Camilla and Roly would like to invite you down to the farm to see some of their little woolly offspring! They are organising the weekends jointly with the Northmoor Trust.
It will be held at Northmoor Trust’s Hill Farm and there will be lots to see and do, from learning about sheep production, having a ride on the tractor and trailer, climbing the giant straw bale barn, craft activities, refreshments . . . and hopefully even seeing a lamb being born!
Time - 10am - 4pm
Cost - Family £10 (2 adults and up to 2 children), Adult £4, Child £2.
Where – Hill Farm, Little Wittenham, Abingdon, Oxon OX14 4QZ
Booking - No need to book, just turn up!
Please note pregnant women are advised not to visit the lambing sheds as a virus which causes abortion in sheep, can be transferred to humans. And no dogs please.
