Bakers Basket

The Baker's Basket is a small traditional bakery specialising in hand-moulded breads, cakes and savoury goods - all made using the finest ingredients from hand-picked suppliers and independent millers.

Ian and Sally Forster who run the business, make all the produce themselves, and using traditional techniques and local and organic flours, bake a vast array of breads - english and continental - from sourdoughs to focaccia, soda and wheaten to savoury and sweet breads, wheat-free or yeast-free, as well as using their own recipes to bring a modern twist to the old favourites.

They also offer a full range of continental and English morning goods at the markets, as well as savouries.

Other local markets attended are Faringdon, Oxford, Thame, Wallingford, Headington and Deddington.
