My business started because of a glut of plums. I started with a base of six products and this now extends to about 20 depending on the season. My husband became involved and planted red and blackcurrant bushes, rhubarb, strawberries and raspberry canes.
This year we have extended into chillies, peppers and tomatoes. Although we do not grow enough to be able to meet all our needs it goes part way and neighbours also supply us with their excess fruit. I try and source the other produce from local growers and suppliers, but none of my products contain any additives or preservatives
