Little Wittenham Lamb
Produced by people who care, Camilla and Roly's Little Wittenham lamb is born and reared on and around the Wittenham Clumps where animal welfare, wildlife conservation and environmental best practice are all given high priority.
To ensure tenderness and flavour our lambs are reared on their mother's milk, matured slowly on grass, clover and wildflowers and fed locally grown peas, barley and hay.
The lambs are slaughtered locally to reduce any stress and then hung for ten days to improve flavour.
