Copas Traditional Turkeys
The Copas family have been raising turkeys in Cookham since 1957 and their luxury products have caught the eye of foodies nationwide, including celebrity chefs Rick Stein and The Hairy Bikers!
Maintaining the highest welfare standards, they still use old-fashioned production methods, where traditional breeds are raised to full adult maturity, for dense succulent meat, then dry-plucked by hand and game-hung for two weeks for tenderness and superior depth of flavour.
