Crudges Cheese
Crudges cheese is the only Oxfordshire cheese producer and they source the milk from an organic Jersey herd at Gt. Rollright (Oxon) to turn into semi-hard cheeses, namely Kingham Green which is an individual cheese with a buttery flavour and Haddon Gold which is a larger cutting cheese and has a softer texture and creamy flavour.
Crudges Cheese won Bronze Medal for Kingham Green in the hard cheese section of the British Cheese Awards for 2007.
