Alre Cress
The Allam family have worked in cress growing for centuries. The current owners are the tenth generation in the business.
The cress comes from beds situated just outside Old Alresford in Hampshire.
Unlike other commercial growers, Alre Cress use no chemicals on their cress.
As well as selling watercress, they will be bringing additional products to the markets, such as watercress scones, soup, smoothies and pesto.
