| Hand-made pork products from our herd of woodland reared, pedigree Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs. Our rare-breed pigs live their entire lives outdoors in woodland. They feed on GM-free feed which contains no fish meal, antibiotics, probiotics or other growth promoters. We butcher and process the meat oursleves at the farm, and any additional ingredients are fresh and local where possible. We make a range of cooked and cured pork products including - Bacon, cooked ham, air-dried ham, salami, pate, terrines, brawn, pork pies, breaded trotters, confit and rillettes. We have new and unsual products coming on stream all the time. | |
