| Country Deli is run by two qualified chefs with many years of catering experience. They produce only small batches of jams, preserves and meat products using local seasonal produce. Their extensive range includes some twists on old established favourites - such as strawberry and peppercorn jam, tomato and herb jelly, pear and walnut chutney. They also produce meat terrines, quiches and strudels often using pork and bacon supplied by The Acorn Herd. County Deli is celebrating after winning three prestigious Great Taste Awards in 2007. The company has been presented with a much desired one star gold Great Taste Award for its Cumberland Pork Pie, Raspberry Jam and Red Pepper & Chilli Ketchup. | |
