Country Deli
Country Deli have their own herd of pigs and produce pork, bacon and sausages as well as pies and other pork based products including pate, strudels and quiches.
They also produce small batches of jams and preserves using local seasonal produce. Their extensive range includes some twists on old established favourites - such as strawberry and peppercorn jam, tomato and herb jelly, pear and walnut chutney.
County Deli products won two Great Taste Awards in 2009, for their rhubarb and vanilla jam and mincement. This follows success in 2008 for their Christmas puddings and Scotch eggs as well a one star Award for their Cumberland pork pie, raspberry jam and red pepper & chilli ketchup.
